I'm writing to express my appreciation for the courteous and professional service we received from TNE Electrical last month when we booked your commercial PAT testing service for the electrical equipment in our Datacentre. The requirements posed some challenges as not all the equipment could be tested in the same way, but your technician was able to accommodate this whilst still ensuring all equipment was tested and labelled. We now have a certificate which we can present to the data centre managers should they request one, which is a condition of our contract.
